๐Ÿฉบ Coming Q4 2026 ยท Free during beta

Caregiving for a parent is 20 hours a week of invisible work.

Evermore is the AI care coordinator that brings the medications, the appointments, the doctors, the brothers, the aides โ€” and your exhausted brain โ€” into one calm place.

Caregiving falls apart in the gaps between tools

You're not lazy. The system is broken. The information you need lives in 11 different places โ€” and you have to be the human API between all of them.

๐Ÿ’Š

Medications get missed

5โ€“7 prescriptions. Different times of day. Refills that run out. You find out mom skipped her blood pressure pill because she "felt fine that day."

๐Ÿ“…

Doctor visits are chaos

Specialist on Tuesday. PT on Thursday. New prescription from the cardiologist. Lab results emailed in a PDF no one reads. You summarize everything to dad.

๐Ÿ‘จโ€๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿ‘ง

Family can't help

Three siblings. One of you does everything. The other two ask "what can I do?" โ€” and you don't have time to coordinate help, so you just do it yourself.

๐Ÿ“

Symptoms disappear

"How long has dad had that cough?" "Was it before or after the medication change?" The doctor's asking and you don't remember.

๐Ÿง

You're burning out

40% of family caregivers die before the person they care for โ€” from chronic stress. You can't pour from an empty cup.

๐Ÿฅ

The aide doesn't know

A new aide every shift. They don't know mom's routine, what helps her sleep, what foods she avoids. You re-explain every day.

One app for the whole caregiving team

Evermore is built for the family caregiver, with AI doing the coordination work you don't have time for.

1

Smart medication tracking

Photo the pill bottle โ€” Evermore logs the medication, dose, and schedule. Reminders go to mom. Missed doses alert you. Refills auto-flag 7 days early.

2

One family calendar

Mom's appointments, your work meetings, your sister's visit โ€” all in one shared view. AI extracts dates from emailed appointment letters.

3

Symptom journal with AI pattern detection

Quick voice or text notes. Evermore spots patterns ("cough appears 2 days after missed BP med"). Better questions for the doctor.

4

Doctor-ready summaries

Before the appointment, generate a 1-page summary: meds, recent symptoms, questions. Email it to the doctor or print it.

5

Care team coordination

Invite siblings, the aide, the neighbor. Assign tasks ("sister: pick up Rx Tuesday"). Everyone knows what's happening โ€” no more "I didn't know you needed that."

6

Document vault

Insurance cards, advance directives, medication lists, hospital discharge papers โ€” searchable and secure. Share with the family or the doctor in two taps.

From signup to calm in 10 minutes

1

Set up your care profile

Add the person you care for, their medications (or photo the bottles), and the doctors they see. AI pre-fills what it can from photos.

2

Invite the family

Send a link to siblings, the aide, the neighbor. Everyone gets their role: viewer, helper, or co-caregiver.

3

Let the AI do the rest

Reminders go out. Doctor letters get parsed. Symptoms get logged. You check the app once a day instead of juggling 11 things.

"I was the human router between my mom's pharmacy, her cardiologist, my sister, and the night aide. Evermore gave me back Sundays."

Common questions from family caregivers

Is my data private and secure?
Yes. Evermore uses AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, and we sign Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) with any home care agency we partner with. We never sell your data. We don't train AI models on your personal information. You can export or delete everything at any time.
Is this HIPAA-compliant?
Evermore is built HIPAA-ready. If you choose to share data with a home care agency or healthcare provider through us, those exchanges happen under a signed BAA. Your personal use of Evermore as a private care journal is not subject to HIPAA โ€” same as a personal notebook wouldn't be. We follow HIPAA Security Rule best practices either way.
What does it cost?
Free during beta. After launch, Solo is $0 forever (one caregiver, one care recipient). Family is $19/month (up to 5 family members). Care Team is $49/month (unlimited team + shift handoff). No per-caregiver fees, no per-feature upsells.
Do I need to be tech-savvy?
No. Evermore is designed for people who are exhausted and don't have time to learn new software. Most caregivers are set up in 10 minutes. If you can use WhatsApp, you can use Evermore.
What about my mom or dad โ€” do they need an app?
Not necessarily. If they're able, they get a simplified view (just their reminders). But the app is primarily for YOU (the caregiver). Many of our beta testers say Evermore gives them back their Sundays โ€” because they no longer have to be the human router for everything.
Can I use this with my mom's home care aide?
Yes. We have a Care Team tier specifically for this โ€” invite the aide agency, give them the right access (view-only or contributor), and they can log shift notes, medication confirmations, and observations. Everything stays in one place.
When does it launch?
Texas-first beta in Q4 2026. Waitlist members get priority access and 6 months free on any paid plan.
